On the other hand, depression is a mental health condition, marked by persistent and more severe feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in daily acitivities.

About Mindful Matters

Hello my name is George. I am the founder of Mindful Matters. A place where I can help you with your mental health from dealing with stress and anxiety to relationship issues with a partner or family.

 

I am a licensed Psychotherapeutic Counsellor accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

 

I also have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, sleeping problems. I have also experience working with first responders and emergency medical dispatchers.

 

I place the therapeutic relationship at the centre of my approach and make sure that I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
